FAQ
How do I book a space?
Can we bring our own food?
What is your policy on outside desserts?
You’re welcome to bring in outside desserts (cake, cupcakes, etc.), though we also offer dessert options in-house. A small per-person fee applies, which includes cold storage and all necessary serviceware.
Can we bring our own drinks (Soda, Water, etc.)?
No. Per our licensing and house policy, no outside beverages of any kind (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) are permitted on the premises. Timberyard provides a full selection of craft beer, hard seltzer cocktails, and non-alcoholic options. For barn rentals, our mobile bar and professional staff will handle all beverage service.
Can we decorate the space?
Yes! You or your vendors may temporarily install decorations such as balloons, flowers, and table settings.
- Affixing Decor: Tacks may be used to affix decorations to the wooden walls.
- Restrictions: We strictly prohibit confetti or balloons filled with confetti.
- Cleanup: All decorations must be removed at the end of the event.
Are children welcome?
Yes! We are a family-friendly brewery. We offer flexibility regarding guest counts and food/beverage minimums for children, including reduced rates for children’s buffet options. We simply ask that children are supervised at all times.
What is your dog policy?
Our outdoor space is dog-friendly with a few house rules:
- Where they can go: Dogs are welcome outdoors only in our beer garden and covered pavilion areas, as well as during private event rentals of the Wood Barn and River Barn.
- Taproom Rule: Per health regulations, dogs are not permitted inside the Taproom.
- Requirements: All dogs must remain leashed and well-behaved.
Where should my guests park?
- Taproom & Beer Garden and Wood Barn: Guests should use our main brewery parking lot.
- The River Barn: This venue has its own dedicated private parking lot located in the lower area directly adjacent to the barn.
