Taproom & Events
Do you have live music?
Yes! We have live music on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Fridays and Saturdays are typically full bands, and Sundays are typically solo/duo acoustic afternoon music, all on our 1951 Chevrolet pick-up truck stage! Check out our full Events calendar for music listings.
Do you have wine or spirits?
No, sorry, we are a brewery and make our own beer. Our license only allows us to serve beer we make ourselves.
Do you have non-alcoholic beverages?
Yes! We have free water stations near the bar and we also sell cans of Polar seltzer for $2.
Are you family friendly?
Yes! We love it when people bring along the family to sit and share a beer and a snack. After 5pm we gear the taproom towards adults, with dimmer lighting and more adult-oriented music, so use good judgement with your little ones.
Do you allow people under 21?
Parents with closely supervised children under 12 are always welcome, unaccompanied minors under 21 are not allowed in the taproom.
Do you allow dogs?
No. Unfortunately, Massachusetts law prohibits us from having dogs inside, since we are a food service establishment. Once we have outdoor space (hopefully mid-2019!) you’ll be able to hang out on the lawn with your pup.
Do you have TVs for sports games?
No. We may put up a big screen for the Superbowl, but we don’t have TVs to catch the nightly game.
Do you have parking?
Yes, plenty of free parking at the taproom.
Are you wheelchair accessible?
Yes, there are disabled parking spots to the right of the taproom entrance, and our taproom entry/exit ramps are fully up to ADA standards.
Kitchen & Food
Do you offer food?
Yes! We have an in-house kitchen that makes a variety of options incorporating Timberyard beer into most of the recipes. We offer a daily menu of cheese plates, hot pretzels, and dry-hopped pickles, as well as weekly specials like sandwiches, soup, and more.
Are you a full-service, sit-down restaurant?
What is a growler?
It’s reusable, refillable 750ml glass bottle that you can take our beer home to enjoy, then refill/trade at the brewery.
How does it work?
When you buy a growler, you are paying a non-refundable $3 for the bottle itself. If you keep the growler clean, and bring it with you on your next visit, we’ll either refill it or trade it and you’ll save $3!
How do I clean/store my growler?
After you enjoy the beer, rinse your growler with warm water, dry, and store it uncapped.
How long do they stay fresh?
Our growlers are pre-filled using a special faucet so very little oxygen (which causes beer to stale) is introduced. If you keep them unopened and in the fridge, they will keep for a week or more without any loss in quality.
Can you fill my growler from another brewery?
Yes, we will fill the same size (750ml), regardless of the brand.
